- How do I register for an event?
Online – Go to the event you wish to register for, click the “register now” button and fill out your details
By Phone – Call (02) 8248 0200 and one of our friendly staff will be able to assist you with your registration.
By Maill –Please send your completed registration form to PO Box 683 Potts Point NSW 1335
By E-Mail – Complete the registration form on the last page of your agenda and email to email@example.com

- What do I do once I have registered?
As soon as you have registered you will automatically be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive one you should contact us immediately.
You have 14 days to pay your invoice. All invoices must be paid in full before training commences
- How can I pay for an event?
We prefer credit card upon registration, however, we accept EFT or cheque.
Payment can be made by:

*Amex will attract a 2.5% credit card fee

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have registered, confirming your attendance, the start and finish times and the venue for your training. Again, please contact us if this is not received within 24 hours of registering
Please note that all registrations must be finalised with payment prior to the training to secure your seat.
- I have special dietary requirements
Please let us know a minimum of 5 days in advance if you have special dietary requirements. We will cater to any requirements given sufficient notice.
- I have registered but can no longer attend
Should your circumstances change and you can no longer attend your training, please let us know as soon as possible. At any time leading up to the training you can substitute someone else from your organization to attend at no extra charge.
If you are cancelling your registration at any time prior to 21 working days before the training, we are happy to refund your money less a $300 per person administration fee.
If you are within 21 days of the training there is no cancellation and no refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- What will happen to my details?
We understand and respect your right to privacy. We will under no circumstances provide your details to any other organization.
We will however use your information to keep you informed of upcoming training courses. If you are receiving our information in error, please contact us immediately on 02 8248 0200.

- Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
Konnect Learning understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. Alternatively, a full refund less a $300 per person service fee will be issued for cancellations received over 21 days prior to the event.
Konnect Learning is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Konnect Learning shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Konnect Learning reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
In the event of issuance of credit notes, holders are entitled to use this credit towards ANY Konnect Learning conference which can accommodate additional delegates. Credit notes must be used within 12 months from the date of issue to avoid expiry.
Konnect Learning bears no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from cancellation, postponement or substitution of an event. Konnect Learning will assume no liability whatsoever in the event of cancellations or postponements of events relating to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, occurrences rendering conferences impossible, illegal or impracticable, unforeseen public events, labour strikes or other emergency making facilitation difficult or impossible.
